From Home Inspection to Termite Inspection, We can Help
There are many areas of concern that should be thoroughly investigated when you are in the decision stages of buying or selling a home. If you’re looking to move into a new place and have concerns about pests, we can conduct a comprehensive termite inspection to find out whether these insects are an issue.
Our team at Wittenberg Inspections has been in the business for nearly 40 years, and we help prospective buyers plan their next steps by delivering the information they need. We also provide our services to investors and house-flippers and field all of their questions with accuracy and clarity.
What You Get
When we complete an inspection on the property of interest, we take the time to do it right. That means we fully inspect all of the major household systems visually. We look at the foundation, siding, plumbing, heat/hot water system, living space, and roof. Each of our non-invasive inspections (no breaking or damaging of walls or floors) takes about two hours, during which we take several pictures of every area that we examine. We use the most modern tools available, including moisture meters and infrared scanners, as needed.
We encourage our clients to attend the inspection with us, but if that is not possible, we email the report and provide a full explanation of it over the phone. Each completely detailed written report is printed on-site and comes complete with photographs and comments. As part of our services, we include a free inspection for termites with our home inspections. We also conduct air quality tests, mold assessment, lead paint inspection, and asbestos testing.
